The hotel is located directly on the beach: we have direct access to the sea. Just take the lift to the street level and in just two steps, you will already have your feet in the sand.

If you're looking for a carefree vacation, the All-Inclusive formula is perfect for you! Available in both full board and half board, this option includes, in addition to meals, drinks during meals: still and sparkling water, white or red wine, Pepsi, and orange soda, beach service with 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds (per room with a minimum of 2 adults), beach towels, and a beach bag.
Bed & Breakfast Formula:
For those who wish to enjoy the sea, outdoor activities, and amusement parks, while staying free from hotel schedules, the Bed & Breakfast formula is the ideal choice.
Conventions and Tickets:
At our reception, you can easily purchase tickets for the main amusement parks in the area. We are also partnered with the tourism company Visit Rimini, allowing you to discover the beauty of the region. Take advantage of our special agreements to purchase guided tours or museum tickets and immerse yourself in the charm of Rimini's historic center.

Yes. In the hotel from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 8 pm to 10 pm with workshops, various games and baby dance in our mini club; on the beach there are inflatables, play area, entertainment service and babysitting (on request).
Do the rooms have a fridge?
All rooms are equipped with a fridge. The Plus Beach package includes a 1/2-liter bottle of still water and a 1/2-liter bottle of sparkling water (only upon arrival).
How is your buffet managed in the restaurant?
We like to call them "Taste Showcases"! It's a self-service buffet, and there's no need to fill out a menu the day before because you can choose what to eat directly at the time of service.

Please note that a deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival, which will be fully refunded at departure, provided there are no damages to the room or the property. It’s essential for us to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests, both human and animal!
Remember to bring your dog's health booklet in order before you leave. Your dog is welcome in all common areas of the hotel as long as they are kept on a leash. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant.
If you wish to take your dog to the beach, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
You can also arrange with the housekeeper the best time for cleaning the room so as not to disturb your loyal companion.

How can I confirm my booking? Is a deposit required?
You can confirm your reservation through the quote form you received via email (if you sent a request by email) or by phone.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
We recommend insuring your deposit at a discounted rate thanks to our agreement with Allianz.
You have 48 hours from the booking date to add a Stay Insurance.
Thanks to Booking Protection by Allianz Global Assistance, you can protect your stay in case of trip cancellation and more.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL? (if you do not insure the vacation)
If the customer cancels their reservation at least 10 days before arrival, the deposit paid can be used for another period during the current season. However, if the reservation is canceled within 10 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refundable in any way.
In the case of early departure, in addition to the days already spent, a penalty equal to the maximum declared room price of 3 days will be applied, as required by the Chamber of Commerce of Rimini.
